Leanna + Caitlyn's Denver Botanical Gardens Wedding Day

Leanna was originally referred to me by her photographer, Mckenzie Bigliazzi Photography, and was drawn to my signature soft glam makeup style. What she was also looking for was someone that could do Caitlyn's makeup without making her feel too femme or "typical bride." Caitlyn is a self identified butch and wanted to feel amazing and polished for the wedding day, without the pressure of conforming to any traditional wedding norms. 

We did a trial with both Leanna and Caitlyn and we all instantly vibed with each other. 

Leanna wanted to make sure that her natural curly textured shone through and was incorporated into her whimsical half updo, while keeping her makeup soft so as not to overpower her fair skin and red hair. She was obsessed with the final look of a braided/twisted half up and her soft, pink makeup. 

Caitlyn's look was created to make her feel elevated and polished without going over the top or like a pretty princess. We used minimal foundation, light touch on the bronzer, brow shaping, and a light coat of mascara and a hint of golden/bronze shimmer on the lid for a little
